2016 Rioja Crianza

The gourmand red 2016 Crianza has notes of candied fruit and sweet spices, an updated classical profile and a tender palate with juicy fruit and fine tannins. This is approachable, tasty and easy to drink with its nice freshness and a dry finish. It's polished and very drinkable with good ripeness. It matured in a mix of 50/50 American and French barrels for one year. 400,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in September 2020.
