The nicely balanced Chassagne-Montrachet Les Caillerets has a seductive roundness, with clear white peach, nutty and zesty notes. Great acidity drives a saline and complex palate towards a rich and profound, concentrated mid-palate. The very long finish is remarkable, with more iodine and toasted brioche flavors. Very pure.
