The 2019 Saint-Aubin La Princée has a focused but quite neutral bouquet, fresh and well-defined though not powerful. The palate is sappy on the entry with lime and sour lemon and fine depth. Quite grippy on the finish, and a bit rough around the edges, but there’s lovely salinity here. Closure: Diam
