The 2018 Chablis Village, matured without any wood contact, has a delightful, quite vivacious bouquet of Granny Smith apple and light limestone aromas. The palate is well balanced with crisp acidity, notes of cooking apple and a touch of bell pepper, leading to a short and very dry, classic Chablis finish. Fine.
