The second vintage of this new domaine bottling chez Boillot, the 2019 Pommard 1er Cru Clos Blanc offers up lovely aromas of rose petals, spices, raw cocoa, sweet berry fruit and cassis. Medium to full-bodied, rich and muscular, with lively acids and ample reserves of powdery tannin, it's a touch more serious and reserved than its 2018 sibling was at the same stage.
