The 2018 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru En Remilly is also showing brilliantly this year, bursting with notes of pear, hazelnuts, crisp orchard fruit and citrus oil, framed by a delicate touch of reduction. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, satiny and supple, with racy acids, fine concentration and a saline finish.
