Punteggio 93/100 · Da bere 2022-2032, Neal Martin, Sep 2022

The 2017 Chablis Les Pargues has quite an intense bouquet with perfumed, slightly liquorice-like aromas, very intense, orange pith and pineapple. The palate is well balanced with a rounded, slightly honeyed entry. Fine depth, orange zest and quince, very powerful on the finish that lingers. This is coming into its own.

Punteggio 91/100 · Da bere 2020-2030, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Aug 2019

The 2017 Chablis Les Pargues lives up to the promise it showed from barrel, wafting from the glass with aromas of lemon oil, iodine, dried white flowers and fresh pastry. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and incisive, with good concentration, racy acids and a chalky finish. This is a serious Chablis that's well worth seeking out.

Punteggio 91-93/100 · Da bere 2020-2030, Neal Martin, Aug 2018

The 2017 Chablis Les Pargues, back after missing 2016 due to frost, has an elegant, refined bouquet with light floral scents – hints of peony, just a slight lemon thyme note that emerges with a few swirls of the glass. The palate is fresh and vibrant, full of tension with a precise, mineral-driven finish that is imbued with wonderful salinity. There is an effortless quality about this Chablis from Eleni and Edouard.
