2014 Fabrizio Bianchi Chardonnay

Castello di Monsanto always shows a deft hand with Chardonnay and this vintage is no exception. The 2014 Chardonnay Fabrizio Bianchi is an impressive effort. The wine offers good density and texture, and a complete set of varietal aromas that includes citrus, stone fruit and toasted almond. One-third of the grapes is fermented in tonneaux and the rest in cone-shaped tanks. Some 24,000 bottles are made.
