The 2017 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru is superb. Aromatic, precise and perfumed, Billaud-Simon's 2017 is a terrific example of this site. White flowers, orchard fruit, mint, green apple, spice and lemon confit are some of the many notes that build in a silky, perfumed Chablis loaded with character and class. The 2017 is a stunning Clos, but it needs time to be at its very finest.
