2016 Meursault Charmes du Dessus

Subtle scents of stone fruits and minerals, with nicely integrated wood despite the fact that 40% new oak was used to age this wine, the highest among the estate's 2016s. Silky, suave and concentrated, with a lovely natural balance and considerable finesse. Sweeter than the Perrières in the middle palate, this complete Meursault finishes with slowly rising length and classic dryness.
