Note di degustazione
The 2016 Petit Chablis offers up aromas of honeysuckle and mandarin, followed by a medium-bodied, tangy palate with delicate textural gloss, tangy acids and a nicely delineated finish. It's a success in a complicated vintage. It's best approached in its charming youth.

Everything you expect on the nose here – a creamy citrus and stony combination, just slightly herbal. That creamy citrus is delicious on the palate, more weight of fruit than in the Séguinot-Bordet and worth the extra. Tight, limey and crisp but all in balance. (JH)
(just finished its malolactic fermentation a couple weeks before my visit): Full yellow. Intriguing scents of musky yellow peach and honey. Full of gas but obviously fresh, with a gingery spice character intensifying the stone fruit flavors. This is carrying a healthy 4.6 grams per liter of acidity, according to winemaker Olivier Bailly.
