Wonderful clarity of flavour: apple, lemon, smoke, hard cheese, cream – brilliantly burgundian. At a lovely stage of development too – no premox, fresh fruit and developing minerality. (RH)

Quite rich nose. Layers and lemon and lime but not enormous depth. A little bit less satisfying than some… Like lime sweets. Not quite as knit as some. Hint of putty. But just a little simple, and hard on the end. (JR)
