The 2016 Chablis, which comes from 17 separate parcels, has a light bouquet with subtle undergrowth aromas developing with aeration. The palate is well balanced with light tannin, perhaps requiring a little more precision but with satisfying weight and a touch of salinité on the finish. Fine.
