The 2016 Rosso dei Notri a terrific entry-level wine. Succulent and inviting, the 2016 Rosso di Notri is simply fabulous for its level. Raspberry jam, red plum and rose petal notes are pushed forward in a racy, voluptuous wine to drink now and over the next few years. Readers looking for a budget priced red will much to admire. This is a fabulous effort. The 2016 will make a terrific house wine or by the glass pour. Don't miss it.

The aromas are bright and intense, and there is good complexity here as well. I just love it. The finish shows chocolate and toasted espresso bean. Drink this wine now—just because it is that good.
