2015 Chablis Valmur

Light-medium yellow. Aromas of very ripe apricot and peach show a saline quality but also a hint of dried fruits. Fat, deep and sweet, but with a salty element leavening the fruit ripeness. Much less aggressive today than the Preuses, finishing opulent, broad and long. Still, this wine does not have the definition or cut of the 2016 version.
