2015 Meursault Sous la Velle

Pale, bright yellow. The nose projects more aromatic intensity and lift than the basic village Meursault, offering scents of lemon, lime, white pepper and fresh herbs, with the oak element less intrusive. Boasts more mid-palate depth of citrus and white peach fruit to support its acidity and finishes with more flavor authority, lift and grip. A step up in density here, with a hint of the vintage's sweetness of fruit. Still a slight edge of acidity, though.
