The 2015 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Clos du Meix has a lifted, flinty bouquet with apple blossom and fume aromas. The palate is well balanced with a keen line of acidity that counterbalances the roundness and generosity of this Saint-Aubin. It feels caressing in the mouth with just a hint of peach and pink grapefruit coming through on the pretty, if slightly insubstantial finish.
