(Weber is aging the 2015 Meursault premier crus in 15% new oak): Oak-dominated aromas of caramel apple and smoke seem a bit tired. Rich but a bit flat, with some ripe orchard fruits lurking in the background. This may simply be passing through an oxidative phase today. Weber noted that this juice was golden in color.
