The 2015 Savigny-les-Beaune 1er Cru Les Lavières is another wine that is not domaine, but part of Anne Gros' négoçiant side of the business. It has a lifted, floral bouquet with wilted rose petals complementing the red berry fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with tensile tannin, a little rigid at the moment, although I think more flesh will develop in the glass.
