2014 St Aubin Blanc Les Perrieres

The 2014 Saint Aubin 1er Cru Les Perrières was a little muted on the nose and needed some encouragement from the glass. I would like to see more mineralité develop here. The palate is crisp and fresh, quite saline on the entry. This is nicely focused and delivers fine tension on the finish, if not quite the persistence of the 2014 Dents de Chien.
