Zesty and pure, with a real line through it. Juicy and apparently without alcohol. GV (JR)

Green-fruited aroma. Attractively light chalky texture but rather insubstantial. (Seems to be a word I am using rather a lot.) Not for fruit lovers. (JH)
The 2013 Chablis is another striking entry-level wine with tons of near-term appeal. White peach, slate, sage and mint are some of the many notes that take shape in a beautifully layered, impeccable Chablis from Fèvre.
(just bottled): Pale, green-tinged color. Sexy aromas of white peach, lemon, lime and acacia flower. Dense, bright and pure, with good minty lift to the citrus and powdered stone flavors. Finishes with good length for village wine.
