(bottled a month ago) Green-tinged straw. Musky aromas of yellow fruits and hazelnut. Then ripe, juicy and fairly powerful, with lovely cut and clarity to the flavors of citrus fruits and mint. Nicely delineated and very easy to drink. Finishes with fresh, palate-stimulating acidity.

Quite rich and round (compared with the Bourgogne Blanc tasted immediately beforehand!) though actually there is masses of acidity here. I think you’ll have to wait quite a while for it to blossom. Also tasted 11 Jan 2010. Score 16.5. Drink 2012-17: Sweet and dense but with real intensity. Lots to chew on. Very serious. Super clean. Lemony. Well done! (JR)
