Note di degustazione
Citrus peel, apple, flowers and spices on the nose. Rich, sweet and open yet light on its feet, with fresh flavors of lemon, lime and flowers. The tactile finish features a compelling florality and a lightly tannic impression.

(Bouchard owns an eight-hectare parcel at an altitude averaging about 380 meters) Reticent, high-pitched aromas of lemon, minerals and crushed stone. Juicy and pure in the mouth, with citrus and stone flavors showing very little oak influence (the wine is aging in 15% new oak). Possesses very firm acidity yet the wine does not come across as hard or even particularly closed.
Cask sample. Smoky nose. Long and fresh. Modest fruit intensity. (JH)
