The estate's flagship, the 2007 Campoleone is a blend of Sangiovese and Merlot that was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The 2007 is a relatively understated Campoleone layered with ripe red fruit, flowers, sweet spices, all of which come together on a medium-bodied frame. A round, sensual finish rounds things out.
