Incredibly pure ripe red berry fruit with a haunting earthy, smoky, tobacco tinged perfume. The palate is bursting with plush black cherry and blueberry fruit. For a village wine this has incredible textural richness and the 10 years in bottle has fanned out the mid palate adding weight and roundness without losing its fresh verve. Superb!
