Note di degustazione
Captivating nose offers lemon peel, white flowers, nutmeg and nut oil. Dense, broad and sweet, with just enough sappy cut to leaven its almost pineappley thickness. This really spreads out to saturate the palate with floral and mineral flavors and finishes with noteworthy length. But in a very ripe style and probably best suited for mid-term drinking.

Limpid and quite open on the nose. Flowery nose yet with real grip and nerve. Keep this a while before opening but it is not short of character. Very firm and chewy. (JR)
Perfumed, slightly exotic aromas of lemon peel liqueur, pineapple and flowers; reminded me of a riesling from the Alsace grand cru Schlossberg. Then sweet but wonderfully vibrant in the mouth, with brisk acidity giving the pineapple, crushed rock and lichee flavors lovely lift and inner-mouth perfume. Way easier to taste today than the Caillerets; in fact this is downright showy. Finishes long and vibrant.
