2008 Auxey Duresses

The 2008 Auxey-Duresses Villages has a slightly vegetal bouquet, earthy – almost peaty – before developing a struck match tincture. The palate is rounded on the entry with notes of pineapple and dried mango. Moderate complexity here, with a simple but clean and fresh finish. Fine.
