Note di degustazione
Pale, bright yellow. Strict, cool calcaire nose dominated by flinty minerality. In a juicy, rocky, Chablis style, with citrus and saline flavors that stimulate the salivary glands. Tighter than the Monthelie and a bit dry-edged on the finish. I'd wait a couple years on this one.

As is always the case this is markedly more aromatically complex with good freshness and density to the dark berry and pungent soil and humus-inflected nose. There is a moderately seductive texture to the suave, round and utterly delicious medium-bodied flavors that terminate in a firm, mildly rustic and balanced finish. This is entirely competent for the appellation and is worth considering as long as you're prepared to give it a few years in the cellar first to round off the edges. Tasted: Apr 15, 2013. Drink: 2016+
