Punteggio 92/100 · Da bere 2016-2026, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Jul 2021

At its peak today, the 2011 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru bursts with scents of berries, smoked meats, forest floor and leather. Medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, with melting, filigree tannins and mouthwatering acids, readers with bottles in their cellars should consider pulling corks in the coming years.

Crunchy, sinewy, languorous. Well done even if a little more demanding than the Charmes. Vibrant. (JR)

This is also quite cool and restrained with a delicate essence of red berry fruit liqueur that has an extremely subtle element of dried flowers. There is excellent intensity and detail to the highly vibrant and mineral-driven medium weight flavors that culminate with the typical Latricières austerity. This is understated and not particularly concentrated but it is very classy and a wine that should amply reward mid-term cellaring. Tasted: Jan 15, 2014. Drink: 2021+

Tasted blind at the Burgundy 2011 horizontal tasting in Beaune. The Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru 2011 from Duroche performed strongly in this blind tasting. Sure, it is a little stemmy on the nose, but the fruit is detailed and opens nicely in the glass with fresh strawberry, cranberry leaf and pomegranate, underneath which lies some fine minerality. The palate is sensual and smooth with good acidity, plenty of fleshy red fruit with white pepper and even a little fennel decorating the structured finish. This is an accomplished Latricières-Chambertin that will reward time in the cellar. eRobertParker.com.November, 2014
