Note di degustazione
The 2010 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru wafts from the glass with notes of sweet berries and plums mingled with warm spices, rich soil tones and smoked meats, framed by a deft touch of oak. Medium to full-bodied, ample and velvety, with melting tannins, lively acids and a long, sapid finish, it is drinking very well today.

Pale crimson. Dry finish and crackling and very lively. Real energy and transparency. Lovely stuff. (JR)
The 2010 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru has compelling complexity on the nose with wonderful mineralité and terroir expression, hints of wild heather and bay leaf. The palate is medium-bodied with gentle grip, impressive balance and beguiling harmony. White pepper and curry leaf pop up unexpectedly towards the graceful finish. This is a very talented 2010 with long-term potential. Tasted at the Latricières vertical at La Cabotte, London.
