Note di degustazione
Their first year of conversion to biodynamics. Vines planted in 1934 and the late 1960s. Half whole bunch. Dark garnet. Very sumptuous, well-developed rich notes on the nose. Fully evolved already with some meatiness and delivery of finesse. A really useful, quite precocious 2005 grand cru. Not an infinite number of layers but lots of pleasure and good structure. Just a hint of dustiness. Mildly chunky on the end. Lip smacking. (JR)

Good medium red. Extroverted nose offers redcurrant, smoke, tobacco, game and a minty nuance; very Gevrey. Seamless, supple and sweet, with considerable complexity to its red berry and smoke flavors. Suave, round and fine-grained wine, finishing with smooth tannins and lovely aromatic persistence.
CS Scented, heavy yet obviously noble. Subtle, dry yet fruity palate. Very gorgeous and sinewy. Great juicy fluid fruit yet fabulous structure. Dry finish. Not simply sweet. Great stuff! (JR)
