There is a noticeable hint of menthol to the pungently earthy and sauvage dark berry fruit aromas. The medium-bodied flavors possess a velvety palate impression as the supporting tannins are phenolically mature and well-integrated on the moderately firm and overtly rustic finish where there is some perceptible wood influence.
