Note di degustazione
Light yellow. Rich, nutty aromas of stone fruits, toast and clove. Round and supple, with ripe acidity framing the soft peach and nectarine flavors. Quite broad and full in the middle palate, and classically dry on the aftertaste. A very good village wine that should benefit from a couple years of cellaring.

Smoky, fine, dense. This doesn't sing in the way it should – because of the sample date? (He has an underground cellar unlike Domaine Leflaive for whom he is winemaker as his day job.) £325 Justerini & Brooks (JR)
Lemon-lime, smoke and nuts on the somewhat leesy nose. A sweet, fleshy midweight, with lemon-lime flavors that turn a bit hard on the back. A second barrel showed richer flavors of stone fruits and nutty oak, but still finished a tad hard. Morey told me that this wine was rounder the week before my visit.
