2001 Chablis Vaillons

( from a crop level of just 40 hectoliters per hectare) Subtle, pure aromas of green apple, minerals and mint. Fat, sweet and layered, with a note of quinine. A tactile if slightly aggressive wine that finishes with very good length. But the Chapelot is finer.
