Good bright, full red. Captivating aromas and flavors of raspberry, dried flowers, brown spices and mint. Suave and seamless but at the same time vibrant and light on its feet, with saline minerality and harmonious acidity giving shape and lift to the middle palate. This silky, sharply delineated 2007 Brunello shows a lovely restrained sweetness and finishes with excellent subtle persistence and energy. Quite stylish already but there's more to come.
