Note di degustazione
Bright lemon-yellow. Deeply pitched aromas of fresh peach, stone, vanilla and spices. Ripe and round but given shape by juicy acidity. There's a subtle minerality here that reminded me of brook water. The pure finish features sneaky length. Javillier finds this less refined today than the Clousots but I find it more feminine. Javillier told me he kept more lees to raise this wine.

Polished, solid and dense. Seems quite expensive but it is very well made. Not a hint of heat or alcohol(!) but good balance. (JR)
Softer and creamier on the nose than the Cuvée des Forgets but has an elegance and restraint. Delicate, fresh, gently mineral. Definitely more concentration than the Bourgogne, denser and crisper. (JH)
Bright yellow. Pure aromas of white peach and sweet wild herbs. At once supple and juicy, with brisk limey acidity perking up the tactile, minerally palate. Dry, dusty, harmonious wine with a peppery piquancy from start to juicy, rising finish.
