Note di degustazione
Fèvre's 2012 Chablis shows great energy, tension, power and focus at its level. Dried pear, almonds, slate and smoke all jump from the glass in an entry-level wine that captures much of the essence of this great Chablis vintage.

Lots of concentration and exuberance on the nose. Shining. Excellent pithy apple fruit. So instantly satisfying – just as Chablis should be. (RH)
Stony lemon freshness. Tight but with really good fruit depth in the middle palate. Benchmark, with intensity. (JH)
Smoke, graphite and pencil shavings inform the gorgeous bouquet in Fevre's 2012 Chablis (Domaine). Layers of rich, intense fruit hit the palate in the exuberant style of the vintage, before the minerality and high acidity of the year appear to frame the finish. This is a gorgeous wine in its class. Although bottled just two weeks before this tasting, the 2012 is showing great.
