Note di degustazione
Smoke, minerals, oatmeal and a charry note on the nose. Sweet and spicy, with good richness and cut. Offers good length and consistency of texture for village wine.

Rich aromas of minerals, linden, and flint make up the nose of the 2002 Chablis (domaine). Loaded with ripe white fruits, it is a lush, medium-bodied, satin-textured wine with an appealing freshness. Drink it over the next 2-3 years.
Relatively open, positively fruity nose (a quality not all that common in Chablis). Lots of acidity and slightly astringent. Promising. (JR)
(domaine wine) Pale, green-tinged color. Lively, pure aromas of grapefruit, lemon, lime, apple blossom, minerals and spices. Rich, ripe, spicy and bright, with impressive texture for a village Chablis. Finishes with very good spicy persistence.
