Note di degustazione
The limited production kosher cuvee, the 2005 Valandraud Cuvee Kasher, is produced under the administration of a local rabbi. One of the finest kosher wines anyone will ever taste, it reveals much of the same character as its sibling, but is more forward in style without the power or nuances. A brilliant effort, it should evolve for 10-15 or more years. The irrepressible de facto head of the garagiste movement, Jean-Luc Thunevin, along with his partner, Murielle Andraud, continue to achieve marvelous things at this estate, always pushing the envelope of quality.

Informazioni sul produttore

One of the first garage wines, Ch. Valandraud was created by Jean-Luc Thunevin – Saint-Emilion’s “bad boy”. Today the style of the wine is much more restrained, and officially classified as a Premier Grand Cru Classé B estate.
