Note di degustazione
Light ruby. Mellow nose already quite evolved. Crunchy fruit with zesty acidity on the palate – a bit of a mismatch here between nose and palate. Should continue to evolve – lots of tannin in evidence. (JR)

Good medium red. Red cherry, raspberry and minerals on the nose. Supple and fine, with raspberry, leather and cocoa powder flavors lifted by floral and peppery nuances. Finishes juicy and persistent, with pure red fruits and minerals and captivating aromatic lift. This is lovely.
Good deep red-ruby. Perfumed aromas of black cherry, licorice and minerals. Pure, lively and fruit-driven, with nicely delineated flavors of black cherry and licorice. Very aromatic in the mouth, no doubt due in part to the fact that the malo finished in May. Supple, broad wine, finishing with substantial dusty tannins.
Cask Sample Very transparent. Round and sweet, yet very fresh. Lively. Very winning. Grainy, sappy impact. Quite a bit of fine tannins at present. (JR)

Louis Jadot is arguably the most consistent négociant house in Burgundy. It has managed to straddle both the entry-level and fine wine market, while retaining respect in both.
