2010 Chablis Bougros

(done in foudre): Very ripe aromas of fresh apricot, yellow peach and honeysuckle; more creamy than high-pitched. Then sweet, floral and pliant in the mouth; a bit laidback but with an already-accessible texture and some nutty complexiity. This was recently bottled and will probably close down soon. Julien Brocard predicted that this wine will show more iodiney minerality with bottle aging.
