Note di degustazione
The 2004 Meursault Les Tessons Clos de Mon Plaisir from Domaine Roulot is drinking beautifully, offering up a lovely bouquet of citrus zest, hazelnut, smoke and a subtle top note of chamomile. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, bright and vibrant, the zesty acids of the vintage nicely tempered by elegant textural gloss derived from sur lie élevage, bottle age and the fine lieu-dit of Les Tessons, with excellent depth and concentration and a long, tangy finish.

A bit of SO2 is currently muting the musky, gingery nose. A moderately dense if youthfully brutal fruit bomb on the palate, with a strong orange flavor and a rather oily texture. Sweet for the year but not yet displaying its personality. Finishes with very good length.
Oily, musky aromas of smoke, hazelnut and oatmeal; this smells fat. Then opulent, rich and rather powerful, but given shape and grip but good lemony acidity. Very promising Meursault, if a bit reduced today in comparison with the Tillets.
