Note di degustazione
Bright, full ruby-red. Wild, musky aromas of black raspberry, black cherry, bitter chocolate and leather, with a suggestion of superripe fruit. Dense and vibrant, with intense crushed dark berry and chocolate flavors. Finishes very long, with strong tannins for aging. I don't find quite the acid spine that I did a year ago from barrel, but there's strong material here for aging.

Savoury aroma, a touch peppery, even a little bit leafy, though fully ripe. That same dry texture as Les Seuvrées. A sort of dark, hidden quality that is not trying to please at the moment. A little austere though it has depth and length. Needs time to learn charm, though it is surprisingly fragrant on the long finish. (JH)
Medium red. Aromas of blackberry jelly, redcurrant, violet and bitter chocolate. Dense and seamless, with brisk tart-berry acidity giving sharp definition to the middle palate. This juicy wine boasts excellent spine and lingering cardamom perfume.
