Note di degustazione
Holding on nicely and showing aromas and flavors of mushrooms, wet earth and plums â typical, mature Bordeaux character. Medium body, juicy fruit and a plummy finish. Decadent and delightful now.

Tasted at Bordeaux Index's annual 10-Year On tasting in London and then at the château. The 2006 Château Lynch-Moussas seem mature on the nose with pleasant tobacco-tinged red berry fruit, plenty of forest floor aromas coming through. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly stringy tannin. It is missing some weight towards the second half, but there is still adequate freshness here to suggest that it will offer several more years of drinking pleasure. Tasted April 2016.
Light ruby. So simple and unrewarding! Why on earth does this wine exist? (JR)
