Mid crimson. Like the Dolcetto 2010, pretty reduced. Lightly dusty on top of the fruit. But not exaggerated. Dry finish. (JR)

Bright ruby. Slightly syrupy aromas of roasted plum and menthol. Juicy in the mouth, but also thicker and more syrupy than the 2010 dolcetto, and not showing much nuance today. Finishes firmly tannic. Perhaps in an awkward phase.
