Bursting with aromas of sweet berry fruit, spices, orange rind and peonies, the 2020 Chambolle-Musigny Aux Echanges is medium-bodied, bright and perfumed, framed by a discreet chassis of filigreed tannins and bright animating acids. Vinified without any destemming, it stands out in the range for its idiosyncratic personality.

The 2020 Chambolle-Musigny Aux Echanges "Vinification Sans Souffre"contains no SO2 and whole bunch (not that you can tell in the slightest.) Stunning aromatics, brilliant delineation here with vivacious red fruit laden with minerals. The palate is medium-bodied with lithe tannins, perfectly judged acidity, immense purity on the finish. Absolutely gorgeous in every way.
100% whole clusters. Cask sample. Mid cherry; very expressive nose of cherries and redcurrants. Floral and bright. (MH)
