Note di degustazione
The 2025 Plince has a little more cohesion and energy on the nose compared with some of its Pomerol peers, which is a positive. The palate is medium-bodied, a bit rustic on the entry, grippy, with dry and powdery tannins. It feels a little austere towards the finish and just misses a little fruit.

A Merlot-dominant blend of 87% Merlot and 13% Cabernet Franc raised in 70% one- and two-wine barrels with the balance in new oak, the 2025 Château Plince offers ripe red and black fruits, sappy herbs, leather, and earth on the nose. It's medium-bodied on the palate, with a focused mouthfeel, firm tannins, and a good finish. It's not one of the stars of the vintage, yet it's well-made and will certainly be good.
Balanced, vivid and in control, with red berries and some baking spices on the nose. Medium-bodied with fine, firm tannins. Energetic and crunchy on the palate, with a savory finish.
