Note di degustazione
The 2025 Lespault-Martillac Blanc was picked August 25 to September 6 at 38 hl/ha. This is more minerally than the Domaine de la Solitude, green apple and petrichor, a twist of lemon rind, more austere though nicely focused. The palate is fresh on the entry with crisp acidity, fine depth, notes of pear and grapefruit, with a straightforward but fresh finish. Fine.

The 2025 Château Lespault-Martillac Blanc offers up crushed stone minerality, citrus, and fresh orchard fruits on the nose, and it has a tighter, more focused style in the vintage. Based on 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Sémillon, it's medium-bodied on the palate, with a mineral-laced, balanced profile and a clean, lengthy finish.
Exuberant, with expressive fruit, yet retaining nerve and deliciousness. Broad and textural.
The 2025 Lespault-Martillac Blanc offers a compelling mix of fruit richness and energy. All the elements are so well balanced. The 2025 can be enjoyed young for its energy, but also has the freshness to develop well in bottle for at least a few years. Lemon peel, chalk, white pepper and crushed rocks linger on the close.
