The 2025 Le Dragon de Quintus has a bright and lively bouquet, with peppermint-tinged red fruit that opens nicely in the glass. The palate is sweet and candied on the entry, smooth and sensual, with very fine tannins and a poised, lingering finish. This is a classy Le Dragon de Quintus that should give 12 to 15 years' drinking pleasure.

A complex, richly textured beauty, the 2025 Le Dragon De Quintus is based on 74.8% Merlot with the balance Cabernet Franc. It offers black cherries, raspberries, leafy herbs, and smoke on the nose, and on the palate, it's medium-bodied, balanced, and elegant, with juicy, fine tannins and a great finish.
Very pure, precise and medium-bodied with great definition. Thereâs brightness that really helps. Chalky, with agreeable, ethereal fruit. 74.8% merlot and 25.2% cabernet franc.
The 2025 Le Dragon de Quintus is a delight, supple and forward, with gorgeous, pure fruit. The Dragon has a ton to offer in 2025. Soft curves wrap around a core of red cherry/plum fruit, spice and rose petal. All the elements are so nicely balanced.

Ch. Quintus is the flagship Saint-Emilion estate of Domaine Clarence Dillon (owners of Ch. Haut-Brion and Ch. la Mission Haut-Brion). Following the purchase of Ch. Tertre Daugay in 2011 and Ch. l’Arrosée in 2013, the two were merged to form Ch. Quintus. The first vintage of the wine was 2011.
