Note di degustazione
The 2025 Fourcas Hosten Blanc has a light nose with scents of lime flower and peach skin. Simple but effective. The palate is fresh on the entry, with a touch of pepperiness. Modest depth, fine texture, though it pulls up just a bit short on the finish.

Some subtle orchard fruits, melon, and honeyed flower notes emerge from the 2025 Château Fourcas Hosten Blanc, a blend of 67% Sauvignon Blanc, 18% Sauvignon Gris, and 15% Sémillon aged six months in a mix of new barrels, once-used barrels, twice-used barrels, and amphora. It seems to be an easygoing, balanced white that's best drunk in its youth.
So much lemon and texture, with a medium body and zesty acidity. Round and juicy, with a seductive fruit character toward the mouthwatering, persistent finish.
